Cygan Delaney Catering, located in Highland, Illinois, was established by Jack and Shirley Cygan in the early 1960s.
Now retired, the business is operated by their daughter, Valerie Delaney (nee Cygan) and husband Daniel Delaney.
Cygan Delaney Catering can meet any of your food service needs. The business combines excellent food with professional service,
the goal being to make each event very special for the customer. We provide catering services for a wide variety of events
such as weddings, banquets of all sorts, barbecues, business meetings, family outings, and funeral luncheons. The family business
slogan is There is no party too small or too large. We will assist you in planning a perfect meal for your event.
Cygan Delaney has catered to prominent people such as Al Gore (on his visit to the Belleville area), Illinois State, St.
Clair, and Madison County Officials. All of which had many compliments about the food and service.
The business
provides catering service to the entire St. Louis Metropolitan area and the Metro East area of Illinois: Bond County, Clinton
County, Madison County, and St. Clair County.
A complimentary Ice Sculpture is offered with a party booking of
200 guests or more. The newest feature is a 34 inch Chocolate Fountain which will serve up to 500 guests at an additional
charge. Both the Ice Sculpture and Chocolate Fountain will add a Special Touch to your event.
